Booking & Payment:  50% non-refundable deposit secures your date; the remaining balance is due a week before the event.

Cancellation: Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit. Cancellations over 30 days receive a deposit refund minus a fee.

 

Travel Expenses: Clients cover travel costs, including accommodation for locations over 15 miles. Extra fees apply.

 

Performance Requirements: Clients provide suitable space, power, and communicate equipment needs 2 weeks in advance.

 

Song Requests & Setlist: Submit song preferences two weeks before the event. She curates the final setlist. Event Timeliness: Clients ensure the event starts on time.

 

Force Majeure: In unforeseen circumstances, we'll try to provide a replacement or issue a full refund.

 

Photography & Recording: Personal photos and recordings are allowed; commercial use requires consent. 

 

Client Conduct: Respectful behavior is expected from clients and guests.
